ABOUT THE REIKI MASTER

Reiki Level One Degree Course is given by Balazs Heller, Reiki Master & Spiritual Coach. Balazs is the founding director of JungleSpirit Yoga Center giving Reiki initations on all levels (1-2-3). 

Balazs was a professional gymnast for 13 years and throughout his physical training discovered the power of energy healing and spirituality. His main mission today is to teach people how to heal themselves through the power of Yoga, Reiki and Whole-food plant based nutrition and to create balance of Mind-Body-Spirit in each individual. Balazs gives regular talks on Plant-based Nutrition, The Art of Self-Realization and teaching people to become certified FitYoga instructors, which he developed in 2009: www.fityogateachertraining.com
Balazs also offer regular Tibetan Singing Bowl meditation concerts.

REIKI LEVEL 1 DEGREE EXPLAINED

Your First Degree attunement is focused mainly on opening up the physical body so that it can then accept energy and enable you to treat:
1. Yourself
2. Family (adults and children)
3. Animals, plants and trees
4. Food and water

Although the main reason for Level 1 is for personal use, you are able to give Reiki treatments to family and friends. Following the attunement there is a 21 day cleansing period. During this time, you are encouraged to give yourself Reiki treatment every day and many students find themselves undergoing positive personal changes and spiritual growth which can be a very powerful and very rewarding time.Whenever you have the intent to provide healing with Reiki the energy will flow through your hands.

While almost everyone experiences relaxation and improvements of various kinds, healing results cannot be guaranteed.
